Betta Fish: Rescued this betta from a literal cup rotting away in a coworker’s office. After a stint in two different hospital tank set-ups, two different antibiotics, two weeks (!!) of not eating, and thousands of prayers, look who’s perking up!!

So sorry for potato-quality after pic. Compared to when I found him and he literally did not move/lay motionless, he is literally too fucking fast for me to get a picture of/inky blue/black (which you can see in the before pic, but he was motionless then lol), so the latter is a screenshot from a video I took.

I cannot get a picture of him to save my life, when he sees me approaching, he thinks I’m about to feed him, and he goes apeshit. I can upload a vid, if y’all want. The fin regrowth is happening, obviously. He’s a crowntail, obviously. He had a nasty, nasty, case of fin-rot, obviously! He’s improving, obviously!!!! Excited!!! Obviously!!!!!!
