I’ve tried tungsten jigs 5mm wonder bread pattern with worms or soft plastics no luck same with minnows and a hook.ive tried all the areas with red circles where would you fish? I’ve been out about 4 times so far and got skunked every time is that normal for ice fishing?should I be going for the deeper areas?

For specks I’d be fishing in like 2 feet of water using a simple hook and minnow as a still line. They cruise the shoreline extremely shallow picking up bugs and whatnot.
