If you’re going to use metal racks for aquarium stands get high quality ones

I am not super high on the list of advocates for these metal shelves and aquariums, but they are designed to hold vertical weight, not shift side to side like you demonstrated. they shake, but its really easy to simply not shake them as you demonstrated. Sure, if you get earthquakes, or kids, or dogs or whatever, its a none starter, but otherwise, just don’t shake them and they are stable.
Additionally, they can hold several hundred pounds, and its the weight that gives a lot of stability. The bolts press down on the supports and hold more firmly. Yours in the video looks like its pretty lightly loaded, but with a loaded aquarium, its would be more stable.
In the end, its not ideal. I have two with terrariums on them and they are not my favorite solution. A 2×4 construct like you aquarium rack is better, but in the end, I think the metal racks are better than your video here showcases, just not *a lot* better
