People on my last post commented that I wasn't jerking the jerkbait enough, so I tried to incorporate it more this time. Basically im casting out far, reeling the slack and then cranking 5-7 times fast to get the jerkbait to its max depth. Then I point the rod tip down and jerk while reeling in slack. I think I may be reeling in too much slack and as a result jerking the bait too fast. Any advice would be great.
