He’s made at his own reflection. I just got him yesterday and I turned on his light for the first time and this stupid idiot thinks that he’s gonna fight himself.
How do I tell him that he’s being dumb/ help him not see his reflection?

my fish did the same thing when i got him and actually ended up charging at his own reflection and knocking himself out for a second lol. i would turn the light on in intervals just to get him used to it, and maybe press your hand up to the outside of the glass to help your fish differentiate between what’s inside of the tank and what’s outside. i’m not a professional but that’s just what worked for me when i had the same issue!
Mine does the same constantly. It can begin to stress them out so make sure the room the tank is in is brighter than the tank itself! I have my LED lights set to white and 100% brightness but I keep the tank light off unless I’m feeding him
