I have 5 endlers in a 25l. One of them is laying on his side on the substrate and is just twitching. They have been in the tank for about 3 months now maybe more. He does change spots sometimes. But he cant swim properly he just wobbles in water like a snake.

Everyone is going to ask for water quality parameters first you know. If they’re fine, he might be sick. Typically when is moving wrong “like a snake” or laying on the side, they have an issue with their bladder but could be other things
