Tank is 100L or 23 gal, and the dresser was bought second hand from an antique shop.
I've heard it make a creaking noise sometimes, which has been worrying me. I also keep my aquarium stuff (test kits, substrate vacuum, etc.) In the dresser.
I've had it for about a year now.

It should be okay. The new furniture is not good. Since it’s made cheaply with partial board (sawdust glued together). Yours looks like real wood
You think it would handle a person of 100kg seating on it? That is a good way to measure.
How is the top fixed?
Creaking could be an effect of temperature and humidity changes, if the top is well fixed, it’s probably sturdy enough..
What is your plan for saving fish and cleaning 23 gallons of water from the floor? Do you have enough towels to soak up the water?
It clearly holds the weight of the aquarium, which is what I’d expect for a solid wood dresser. As for the “how long” part of your question, is the dresser flimsy? If you shake it does it rack back and forth? Based on the photo I would think it is plenty sturdy. 23 gallons isn’t that heavy. That’s how much a grown man weighs, and I would have no qualms standing on that dresser.
There are a few things that we can’t tell from this without seeing the back and the drawer construction, but that said, this looks as you say, solid wood (with maybe some veneers, which is fine).
This isn’t ideal for the tank, but it should be perfectly fine as long as it is level and secured. The one thing those kinds of dressers have is a tendency to wobble a bit because they are top heavy and floors aren’t always level, so when you have only 4 contact points, it’s natural to wobble a little bit. When the dresser is holding your clothes, that’s fine, when it’s balancing a 23 gallon tank, that’s a different matter.
Shim the dresser so it’s level (not the tank, the dresser) and attach it to the wall with a wall strap for safety.
had a similar setup, mine held just fine, but after about 6 months i noticed the drawers were starting to rub. over time, it started to slowly bow in the middle, only by a millimeter or two, but it was enough that I moved its location
