Lol you probably saw my other post about critiquing my tank. Well I just rescaped EVERYTHING. I basically started from scratch aside from the water, half of it is from the tank before. I'm letting it filter for a few hours before I put Sushi back in but I'm honestly so scared. I'm worried the parameters are all screwed up now. The issue is, his in a 1.5 gallon that's half empty right now, so he can't stay there for a week while I let the tank settle. Do we think he'll be ok to go back in the tank tonight?

(Also, here are before and after pics of the tank. First two are before, the rest are after. I'm not done filling it yet. Sushi is currently residing in the remainder of the water that's going to go in)

  1. Ive done this same thing with the same water, I never had a problem, Did whole tank re-due on the spot. I’m sure you are fine.

Beta’s are very hardy fish, provided the nitrates are not above 40 or so- I would guess he will be very happy -and probably lost for a while with such a big new home. Of you want to be really careful, you can help adapt him with a drip acclimation and temp match. Is the flow/ circulation the same? He may need to strengthen his fins
