Sorry! Forgot details. This is my first time having a tank in adulthood.
I have had the tank for 2 months and have had my betta for 6 days now.
I have been treating “Ich” for the last couple days as he quickly developed spots after I got him, they have all mostly gone and he is more lively now and greets me when I approach, but he’s still a bit lathargic.
I have a 64l tank, temp is at 27°c, the Ammonia has been a little bit high the last couple days, so I’ve been doing 25-30% water changes for 2 days.
The filter is Allpet Care TF – 500 with a horizontal waterfall/drip filter that I have added extra filter to slow the flow and disruption.
He shares the tank with a couple snails and some bloody mary shrimp, he occasionally checks them out, but doesn’t flare at them or try to eat them.
I have paused feeding him while the ammonia is higher.
I am new to this and i want to do my best for him, any and all advice welcome!
