Betta Fish: Not sure what’s happening already did a water change.
She’s swimming a lot for me to assume she has dropsy.
I went out of town and left my bf to care for her so not quite sure she looks this way please help.

If someone else was caring for her for a time, I think there’s a pretty good possibility she was hella over fed while you were gone. Ask the bf how many/how often he was feeding her, and skip feeding her for a couple days to see if it improves. I’ve also heard daphnia help with bloating, constipation or swim bladder issues, although mine all refuse them. It could also be egg binding, which I don’t have experience in, but I’ve read that the first step for that is also fasting.
