I don’t know what’s wrong with her. She has been on the bottom in the same spot for about two days now. She was a bit lethargic about two days before that as well. She won’t eat anything, even though I have been trying (hence the buildup of food in the corner).
Water parameters were fine, same as always. Nitrates were a bit high, but I took care of that. Yesterday, I did a 50% water change. I siphoned the bottom opposite of her (to not stress her out too much). I have the water a bit lower so the water from the filter splashes a bit and gets more oxygen into the water. The light has been off more than usual so she’s not stressed. Temperature is good.
I’m really at a loss. My snail did die sometime last week. I didn’t see her for a while, and then I saw her empty shell. Maybe it’s something to do with that?
She is my first fish, and I’m doing all I can think of, so please don’t be mean. Just please, if you have any advice, give it. I don’t want her to die 🙁

she looks like she may be a bit overweight which can lead to swim bladder diseases; could you provide a top-down photo?
If you can, run out and pick up some unscented, plain epsom salt and start doing some salt baths!
