I’ve been testing for 3 days now, ammonia is staying this same color. Is it closer to .25 or is it safe to add fish? Also, is nitrate too high?

I can see a little green but also can see yellow so I’m confused.

API test kit is known for the ammonia testing to go off the walls between 0-0.25 PPM. It can’t tell at that level of preciseness, but what I can tell you is that it’s safe. Your cycling looks good!

How have you been adding ammonia? What’s the highest it tested?

I personally would say its closer to 0! Nitrates are alright imo but you could do a small water change if you want to lower it! I also highly suggest getting some floating plants if you haven’t, Water Spangles will soak up nitrates very well and also multiply quickly!
