Betta Fish: Is this good for a betta? My first planted tank

Hi so this is my first attempt at a planted tanks and it’s 10 gallons. I used to have fish in this tank and I only did a 75% water change so there still should be some beneficial bacteria there right? I am obviously going to let it cycle but I was just wondering if this tank is suitable for a betta, I am planning to get some Amazon Frogbit because I think the tank looks kind of empty and I also heard it was good for algae control. The tank is at a constant 80 degrees Fahrenheit and it has a pretty gentle flow. If you have any tips please let me know. (Also the small plant glued to the cave is Java fern and yes I did use aquarium safe super glue)
