I came home from a weekend trip and noticed my betta tank low on water and I don’t have any spring water on hand would it be ok to add some unconditioned tap water to her already conditioned tank?

Depends on parameters of your tap,should be fine if you dechlorinate though
if you have water conditioner, fill a cup or bucket or whatever with water, add the conditioner, then add to tank. unless you have had issues with the tap water before? i always just use tap water treated with a conditioner (i use seachem prime and love it!), i don’t buy spring water or anything. but it all depends on the parameters of your tap water!!
If your tank water evaporated this much over a weekend you may want to check the humidity level in your home and get a humidifier running to help decrease the tank evaporation. It’s probably pretty low to evaporate this much.
