Betta Fish: Looking for an upgrade

I’ve been looking into getting a bigger tank for my guy and was interested in a more natural tank (plants, substrate, and any other decor that’ll be safe for him and work well) What plants, substrate would you recommend or decoration that are fish safe. What is in his tank rn is temporary for hiding spaces so I’m absolutely fine with getting rid of any or all of it. I’m looking into doing a complete redo and have a hard time knowing where to start. I’d also love any photos you guys may have for inspiration or ideas on how to give him the most awesome betta sanctuary or to just show off ur cool tanks. I’m also interested on any equipment such as filters that would be optimal for him. This is my second ever betta and I want him to feel like a king! 🪼🩵
