Aquariums: Swim bladder not resolving

This poor tretra has had a swim bladder issue for the last month.

I did the fasting, gave them peas, and a couple times a week I've been doing the Epsom salt baths (most I can manage currently). Also did a 50% water change.

Any other ideas?
