Aquariums: Does anyone know what I’m looking at here?

I’ve noticed this stuff growing on some wood in my tank. Honestly it hasn’t seemed to do any harm as everything in my tank is still healthy, but I’m just curious. It kinda gives me the heebie jeebies lol
