I went out this morning to hit the incoming high tide, in hopes of a winter halibut. To my surprise, I landed what I thought was a legal. I didn’t have a tape measure, but I always catch and release anyhow. I snapped a pic of my net when I got home. I’m think 23”-23.25.” What do you guys think?
