This is Duck Lips (Ducky). I'm pretty experienced with bettas, but never have had a betta during a winter snow storm. Snow has never stuck around long enough for me to worry about. We're supposed to get a bad snow storm tomorrow! I'm preparing just in case power does go out. Is there anything I should get from the store tomorrow?

Get a battery backup for the heater and air pump / filter.
I have been looking at a computer UPS.
The next thing is a blanked to put over the tank to insulate it and prevent heat loss.
Get some heat packs (for your hands etc) and a battery powered bubbler.
