Tank, but not fish, also, cartridge filter is inefficient as you’re tossing out your beneficial bacteria with every cartridge replacement, best to go with an air pump driven sponge filter, , unless you’re in love with the design, I’d pass.

I never looked at one in person, but my first concern was having half the entry area to setup / maintain it as obviously the front panel is not going to open up.
