If you swap the hooks and split rings the jerkbait and spoon is usable in calmer water. You can use the soft plastics with saltwater grade hooks.

I’ve caught redfish on that same gold spoon with the white tail.
I’d just send it and replace the hooks/rings later if you want to keep using it.
