I have a classroom Betta for my students; He’s been in a five gallon, and I just got a 10 gallon to upgrade him to. I got it set up and am waiting for the parameters to settle out (used some stuff from his current tank to help the process).
Any advice on any other plants to add? Maybe some front plants or some off to the left to help even out the space?
I’m also considering getting him a friend… He’s a pretty passive betta, so I was considering maybe getting him a mystery snail or something.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
(there’s no heater yet but I’ll be adding one before he goes in!)
Pyromethious on
Tall plants in the back, maybe some medium plants on the sides, perhaps some mosses in the front. My store has java moss on rocks, so that makes placement easy and free rock. IDK what the top looks like, but mind the length of time the light is on. Betta don’t really like bright apparently, so something adjustable is nice.
