it keeps getting stuck and the handle also is like super awkward got this for christmas not sure what to do / how to fix

I think the handle got caught in the wrong position when tightening it. Try loosening it (nut on opposite side of reel), straightening out the handle, then tighten all the way.

Not sure if you are joking? But if not loosen the knob opposite the handle until it gives you enough room to straighten out handle then re tighten.

Hm try tightening the knob on the right side of the reel. The knob is the small circular piece on the bottom right.
It seems like it’s not fully tightened which usually causes the handle to be in that position.
When you tighten the knob it will straighten out the handle.

The handle is collapsed for storage. Loosen the nut on the right side of the reel and you should be able to open the handle out to the proper position then retighten the nut.

Loosen it up. There should be a dial on the other side to loosen it. Move handle to the right position and tighten. Should be good to go
