They seem happy… the stinking duckweed is taking over!
2nd question – Too many guppies? I also have lots of baby plecos! Should I remove the plants in the front on the right?

As long as you like it and the fish are happy, no need to make any changes. I love the look of all the plants.

I would move some of the val from the front just to give slightly better viewing. I have one tank left with val and its coming out whenever I feel like getting in there. Spreads out way too much for me. Got really tired of pulling runners.
