Betta Fish: is this safe?

i have this rock house thing from my old tetra tank and i was wondering if it would be safe to put in my betta tank or if the holes are too small and they could damage my boys fins. he is a full grown male with long healthy fins, i want this for his tank because he doesn’t have enough hiding spots at the moment and i am unable to purchase more plants/driftwood currently
