Well, I’ve been largemouth fishing for well over 15 years. When I was a kid I used soft plastics worms and now… nothing has changed. I will throw a 6.5 inch Zoom trick worm on any body of water, any time of the year. I do always typically catch fish but I want to get into using other lures as well (even other soft plastics). I am open to anything I just need tips and when to throw them. I fish in VA if that helps any. Thanks!

What kind of rod/reel set up do you generally use?
The zoom speed worm might be a good secondary for a search bait you can throw on the same hook. Just chuck and wind.
There’s a whole world of lures out there, it can be overwhelming when you first step into it.
It’s not optimal right now, but top water baits are what hooked a lot of us into bass fishing
Pick a lure type and then watch YouTube videos on how to use it.
