    The ned worms are much more durable, but you can catch fish with half a senko also.

  2. Most ned-specific plastics will have some buoyancy to help it “stand up” underwater.

  3. Use the Zman zinko. The zman plastic makes the difference, it floats. You want to use the lightest possible head, and swim/shake the bait, rather than drag it on the bottom. The Ned rig will catch a few fish as a downsized Shaky Head, but the real magic is the super natural swim it has with a very light weight and floating plastic.

    I get the big TRDs or fattyz and will cut them in half. Most ned jigs have hook keepers that are better suited to the stretchy plastics in my opinion and you want them to float. Ive used dingers in a pinch but seem to only last 1 or 2 fish just because of how they tear. Put a trd or crush city blt on and it will last all day.
