We are currently using a Tetra whisper EX 70, but it seems like we are creating too strong of a current for some of our fish. What would be the best filter for a tank like ours? Any guidance would be appreciated :). Thanks

Fish like current, raising the water level could reduce.
A better filter will be a ehiem classic, only because it is quieter, less maintenance and more efficient.
