I just recently bought some SA Magnitude Infinity Smooth fly line and haven’t even fished it yet. While I was adding the line to my reel I noticed that there was a small cut or imperfection in the line belly. Is this a concern/worth asking for a replacement over? It’s $150 line, so would have expected better QA. And, since it’s in the line belly, this part of the line is actually likely to be cast and not just sit on my reel.

I’d return that. When you pay $150 for a piece of plastic you should expect a damn good piece of plastic.
On a new line that’s a concern and I would be getting a replacement. On a used line it would be fine, but it’s probably the first place the coating will fail.
