
They're Bluefin Killifish! For the longest I thought they were extremely skittish white clouds from the top view. They came in as eggs I believe, on some plants from a local pond store. I haven't maintenanced nor fed the stock tub "pond" in months, since I have no medaka in there right now. It rained a lot lately so I wanted to check the water level in the tub. I thought for sure there would be no life in there (except the neocaridina shrimp). But they are reproducing just fine. I saw a lot of babies and chunky adults once I moved the floating algae mass around. I'm extremely impressed with how hardy they are.

I’ve kept them before. They often show up with feeder guppies and I’ve collected them in Florida before.
I’ve not been able to get them to take flake food, but you should be able to get them to take frozen or live, of course.
They’re really pretty in breeding colors.
