Been trying to figure out the walleye bite on this lake – great walleye survey caught some nice ones in open water but just dinks so far through the ice.
Do these look like good locations? Will need to walk from shore so limited to this side of the lake near the launch for short trips after work. Both of these locations have 7-8ft humps dropping to 24’+ fairly quick.
Planning to jig spoons next to a deadstick bobber in 20’+ then possibly move shallower just after sunset. Any tips or recommendations for fishing walleye mid-season? Trying to get better at targeting eyes through the ice and advice helps. Thanks in advance, tight lines!

I usually look for saddles, main lake points, humps, rock bars, and weed edges. Any combination of these tend to be even better. And dropoffs near or at these can help too.
