Don’t know your specific problem but had a similar situation where my screen looked like that and ended up having a bad transducer. Luckily mine was replaced under warranty.
If you haven’t already, check the basics:
1. All connections
2. Fuses
3. Battery (shows 13.2 V but could have something wrong with it)
4. Try a factory reset in case some settings got really jacked up.
