What is this? I found three of those in the surface of my tank. They're black when out and they don't move at all, I picked all three of those with my finger. Is it harmful? Where does it come from? If if comes back, how do I get rid of it?

looks like some kind of eggs prolly? not sure what kind tho
Kinda looks like springtails I have outdoors in my area, they’ll end up in my bowls of water outdoors. I have read that they do move indoors.
