1 dose of API Fin & Body so far. No food that I’m aware of (had him for ~2.5 days)
Now it seems like he just sits on his side when he’s stationary?
My wife got him to try and help. Idk wtf I’m doing.

Most people are probably waiting for you to answer the auto mods questions. Need more info to help than what’s given currently, but he does look in rough shape.
I don’t have a process for water changes. I’ve never done it. There are some rocks and some plants (I’m not sure what they’re made of)
Please understand I just want to help. I’m overwhelmed because I’m wholly unfamiliar with this process and, honestly, didn’t want to be a part of it. But I am the only one here right now
Are you in the US? If so and are able grab a clean container and fill it up and bring to a petco or petsmart if one is nearby. They can test your water and see if there is something wrong. If you don’t then try to do a partial water change, taking out 25% and replace with same temp water if possible. Also do t forget to use water conditioner to remove the chlorine. Then tomorrow get that water tested.
You should get an api master kit the liquid kind, so you know your water parameters this is vital!
