Pepper here was perfectly fine yesterday, had zero signs that anything was wrong but when I fed him this morning, he was bloated and there’s a strange lump coming out of his belly. He isn’t pineconing, lethargic, or acting sick, he’s swimming and eating like normal. Is there anything I can do? I feel awful and I’m so worried about him.
