this is Evil Bastard. the reason he earned that name and is now TEMPORARILY in jail is because he keeps attacking my beautiful Halfmoon betta Charles and tearing up his fins, especially during feeding times. Charles won’t leave him alone when eating or fight back for some reason so I had to just separate them so Evil Bastard would stop latching onto his tail. I actually hate this frog with his passion and his twin sister Semi-Sweet Cunt is still in the tank because she isn’t aggressive at all, just likes to kick the baby Ramshorn snails around like soccer balls. Any ideas on what I should do with him?? Do I need to get a whole new tank just for this asshole??

Yes. ADF need to be in species only tanks and this is one of the reasons why. Check out the pinned post about tankmates in r/AfricanDwarfFrog. I recommend getting a new 5 or 10 gallon for your 2 frogs.
They’re blind so anything that moves around them is food.

I’d try to get a new tank. You said you had a 5 gallon that you can put him in, so that would be the best option. Make sure it has a lid because they like to jump out! I have 2 ADFs and they do well with their species only.
