I just rescued this betta from petco a day ago and he seems pretty lethargic and won’t swim around and I’ve just kind of seen him laying on the sand or in plants.
The water has been changed and the tank is cycled fully. I have two filters running and two Cories, 3 shrimp and 3 snails doing perfectly fine. I dropped food in there but not an excessive amount and I couldn’t see any fin rot and I accumulated him before putting him in the tank so I’m not sure what else to do. Is he going to die or recover slowly? I put aquarium salts and some pimafix in to see if that’ll help

We need to see the water paremeters please! Did you declorinate the water?
It could be stress from the move, or if somethings off with the water.
Assuming they gave the fish as a rescue fish, it’s probably sick to begin with? Not looking good sadly.
