The problem was with proper acclimation and the right place natural pond is not at all good for a fish which has lived it's entire life in aquarium their immunity is not strong enough to survive in that water i would suggest try keeping the shark in the tarpolin pond or better return it back in the aquarium shop because the fish is weak from the beginning unlike the koi fishes
