Betta Fish: My first betta Bob

i adopted him from a friend a month back because he couldn’t get along with her cories. i’ve never kept a fish before but i fell in love with him and i didnt want him to go back to the shop. last picture was when i first got him. any advice on how to give him the best life would be appreciated!
