My fish, Fionn, seems to have something wrong with him. A couple days ago we noticed his water was very cold (because our house is) and decided to get him a better heater. The new one we bought works great and weāre slowly increasing the temperature each day, but he seems to be very lethargic. Heās usually very active and swimming around but now heās just been laying in his rock or on the ground for over a day now. I had go basically shake the bowl to get him to move and eat his food.
Any thoughts? Weāre gonna be changing his water once I go home for lunch, and testing it but Iām wondering if thereās anything else we can do? Thank you!

Oh I just realized thereās mod questions!
Tank Size: 5g
Heater and filter: yes
Tank Temperature: 72 (and increasing, see issue)
Test numbers: will be taking these later but theyāre always normal
How long have I had my fish: 6 months, been in the same tank with no issues
Water changes: once a week, taking out 25% ish of the water and replacing it with new water and a few drops of water conditioner
Tank mates: a nerite snail
Food: flakes once a day, a pinch of them
Decorations: a rock and a fake plant, not much you can kinda see in the photo
