Any of the three on the bottom but I also like putting them on a weighted wacky hook and shaking it like a hover rig.

Don’t know the name, but you can fix it like a wacky rig or use the rubber band method. Let it sink to the bottom or near the bottom and move your route up and down.

I used them on drop shots. They look stupid, but they work. Slightest rod twitch made the tentacles move

You don’t need the bands to use them. A small offset, hook the smallest amount of material, and let them sink. They’re incredibly effective for bass. Neko rigging works really amazing too, but again, unnecessary.
