I found an Inch minnow in a forgotten-about tackle box and have been dying to use it since finding it. However, these hooks are FRIED. how do i replace hooks?

You can use wire cutters to cut the hooks off at the eyelets. Then attach small jump rings (like a key ring but about a quarter inch diameter), then put new hooks on the new split ring. Most lures have split rings on them bit these seem to have been ~~welded on~~ bent at the eyelet then pinched closed.
Another option might be to sharpen the old hooks instead of replacing.
Edit: changed an oversight
