He looks great. No need to use antibiotics unless his behavior changes. Color adjustments are usual. Make sure the water is clean is important and his fins are heavy so make sure the water flow is super almost no existent. I boil water shut off and put indian almond leaves let it steep till cool and add to water. It does help
