We’ve had these Rummynose less than two weeks. One had an immediate swim bladder issue and died, which the shop replaced. Now I fear they’ve got Ich.
We noticed the spots about 5 days ago so I raised the temperature and added some aquarium salt. The spots seemed to calm down but today they’re covered again. Is this Ich? I’ve got some treatment ready to use but didn’t want to use it if it’s something else.

Good on the treatment. Something is causing them strees solution’s/problems
They are tetra they prefer longer tanks rather than taller tanks
1) Not enough plants to hide
2) Tank space
3) Tankmates
The bubble-like spots make me think so. I’m doing the IchX treatment myself right now after adding a few new barbs. So frustrating. I’ve lost 2 and it makes me feel so guilty.
