He looks very healthy to me. Though the air bubbles in your tank make me think you might not have cycled your tank properly, which can lead to serious health issues, so if you haven’t cycled your tank (takes about a month) prior to getting him be sure to look into the process of fish-in cycling. I also recommend replacing the plastic plants with live plants, they help with water quality and won’t damage his fins
