Betta Fish: Any tips on how to improve a betta’s life?

My betta is slowly recovering from the rot, and has returned to being very curious and active after a long period of severe lethargy, he is improving both in his behavior and with his fins, he loves to disturb the shrimp and explore the tank in any hidden spot, mainly to cure him I have perfected the water parameters and since then as I said he has improved a lot but I would like some advice to not bore him and also how to eliminate his reflection from the aquarium because he often flares up in the evening since he started to improve
