Guys i have no idea what to do. My betta bubbles has been really struggling. Lethargic and not eating. He’s about 2 years old, lives in a ten gallon tank, no tank mates except snails. Parameters are 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 5 nitrate, ph of 7.6. The tank is ten gallons. Water change biweekly 40%. For months he’s been dealing with fin rot and i’ve treated 4 times with kanaplex for 1-2 weeks each treatment and have seen no improvement. Two weeks ago he started flashing, twitching, rubbing his gills against stuff, darting, having to come up to breathe at the surface a lot more than normal and he’s very lethargic and lost his appetite. So for the last two weeks i’ve treated with prazi pro because i suspected gill flukes but he is still so lethargic and not eating. It’s been about 2 and a half weeks since he ate because he couldn’t eat during the treatment. He ate one day in those two and a half weeks but yesterday and today he’s especially lethargic and barely moving. I’m at a total loss and don’t know what to do. I love the little guy so much. i’m gonna do a water change tmr and lower the water level. I already added another air stone. He eats soaked fluval bug bites and occasional has bloodworms and daphnia. I have some garlic stuff i can try adding tomorrow but he’s not responding to my finger like normal 🙁 If you have any advice please let me know. I really hope everyone’s having a lovely day/night. Thank you.
I have epsom salt and ich x handy but i can order aquarium salt, macryn and macryn 2 tomorrow if you think that’ll help. I’m also adding an alder cone tomorrow for the tannin. I’m super nervous to do any treatments where i have to seperate him from the main tank because i don’t want to cause him any more stress. But i have to give everything my best shot.

Can you try changing water 30% every week? I am new to Bettas as I recently bought one. I was told to do 30% water change every week.
