Please, can anyone help me identify if this is ick? I found them look really similar those pics online. However only neon tetras on my tank has white spots, they don’t flashing. There are two Siamese Algae Eater flashing though. As I observe I don’t see other fishes has white spots at all. I have bad history with use medication so I need some advice. Thank you.

P/s: Black neon tetras have white spots too but I cannot caught it clear in school.

I need to wait next Monday night to get Hikari Ich X. Hope if it is ick, no fish will die before that.

  1. Looks like Ich to me, normally I’d say isolate them and treat them separately. But I’m not sure how doable that is with a set up like this as I’m used to goldfish.

If it’s on multiple fish it’s probably already started to spread and may be in the water. Faster the better in my experience, I lost one Goldie who came with a second wave of the illness.
