So my betta fish has suddenly developed small dark spots on her body, and in the last day or two more have shown up on her face and fins. I’m wondering if this is a parasite or disease or something?

She’s in a 10 gallon heated and filtered tank that sits around 79-80 degrees Fahrenheit, we’ve had her for about 4 months, tank was fully cycled before we added her, ammonia and nitrites are at 0ppm, nitrates are at 20 ppm and ph is ~7.6 (using a liquid api test kit), we do weekly 20% water changes and she has no tank mates, and every night we feed her 3 bug bites pellets
