Just finished setting up my 60 liter tank that will host a betta fish. I’ll let it the plants grow for a couple of weeks before I buy the fish (I’ll get some cherry shrimps before that)

Is this a good setup? Will it thrive? Haven’t had any bettas for a couple of years now so my knowledge is a bit outdated

I’ve done my research and bought a heater and all other nessecary equipment, my concern/question is if the environment is arranged in a suitable way (except that the plants are a bit small still)

(I’ll either move or remove the rose quartz later on, I just placed it there so that the stick doesn’t float since I forgot to pre-soak it)

  1. It looks great! The floating plants will probably act as a rest near the surface for your buddy and when the plants grow in itll look great. Id personally add a few indian almond leaves or something but i just like the look of botanicals and tannin water.
